This is a three bedroom apartment currently shared with one roommate. You'd be leasing a suite with your own private bathroom. Utilities are included and the entire apartment is fully furnished. By the way, there is an application fee of $250 and rent is $495, but PLEASE let me know if you need help with that. I am willing to pay the rent for whatever month that you decide to move in. I am actively looking for another apartment closer to work so if you have a specific date in mind just let me know and I'll try my absolute best to make it happen. All you have to do is provide a W2 form or 2 recent pay stubs and pass a background check to get the apartment. There is NO credit check involved.
