All utilities included Summer leasing UV in Myrtle Beach, SC

Looking for someone to sublease room in University Village for the Summer, May to July. The rent is $425 with all utilities included (water, internet, electric, etc) and it's an individual lease or lease by the room. This unfurnished apartment includes a private room and private bathroom. There are two other roommates, but only the main area, such as kitchen and laundry room is shared. The apartment complex is close to CCU, HGTC, and Walmart. UV also offers a shuttle bus and other amenities, such as a gym, pool, game room, computer area, and movie theater. If you are interested you can email me for more information or call the UV office. They do tours of the apartments and if you choose to renew the lease, the price will go down.
